That was incredible! My mind has never been so quiet in my life. I can't normally sit in silence. Thank you soooo much!!

Today at first I felt a kind of energy and tingling in the beginning, and then it settled to almost like a heavy call all over my body where I felt weighted down in a perfect way.

Once again, I found myself incredibly relaxed in a way that only happens during Reiki. I wasn't asleep but focused and meditating and completely in the moment. That NEVER happens to me!
