The soul is always connected, and the soul is always in flow.  But the mind doubts, and the mind discredits.  Do not condemn the mind, because it has served you well and has tried to keep you safe in the world. But…you have elevated the mind above the depths of the soul, and those urgings are alive and well. Those urgings are your connection to Source.  And when the ego chatter can be quieted, even for a moment, the urgings of the soul may be heard. So endeavor to quiet the mind, if even for a moment. Endeavor to quiet the mind and listen to the urgings of the soul, and rest assured the messages of love and calm and quiet are the soul’s true urgings. You may have faith in the message, if it is a message of love. For in Creator’s eyes you are perfect just the way you are, and in Creator’s eyes you are growing and expanding, and in that space of self-forgiveness there is love for oneself, and then love for humanity.  For who among you has not had the same urge, the same misstep. Love every part of you and love all that you see, for we are all connected.  And we are all One.
